Shining Laser - DMMD2018

So, today is Draw Megaman Day, where you draw something from one of the Megaman games. This year, I wanted to go for something a little different. I really enjoyed the Megaman Legends games, though I feel that they are more of the black sheep of the franchise (since they, y'know, only had 2 games... 1 guest slot in Tatsunoko vs Capcom, a cameo in Smash Bros. and 1 cancelled game). Either way, I decided to give Megaman Volnutt (or Megaman Trigger depending on your opinion) a little love for DMMD2018. And, what better way to do so than to use his most powerful weapon, the hard-to-obtain Shining Laser?
